Tribal Member Resources

At HHCDA, we believe that building strong, healthy communities starts with empowering individuals. Through supportive services, housing programs, and community-driven initiatives, we work to meet the evolving needs of Ho-Chunk Nation members and their families. Whether you’re looking for housing assistance, cultural engagement, or financial tools, our goal is to be a trusted resource along your journey.

These resources are tailored to reflect the unique values of our Nation, promote stability, and foster long-term self-sufficiency. As our programs grow and evolve, we are committed to transparency, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

Disclaimer: We are continually working to improve our forms and resources. Some documents or processes may be updated periodically in response to changes in funding, policy revisions, or evolving community needs. Please check back for the most current materials.

Rental Assistance

Not sure which rental program applies to you?

Before you apply: Some programs have housing eligibility requirements. If you live in HHCDA housing, your rent is already supported through federal housing programs. Federal guidelines don’t allow additional rental assistance to be applied to the same unit, but we’re here to help you explore other options that may be available to you. Please reach out with any questions.

Call our office at 608.374.1245 to speak with a team member who can help guide you through the process.
